1 Rangeland Science Laboratory Bahram Gholinejad The scientific activities performed in this laboratory include the following. 1. For germination of the seeds, a germinator or growth chamber is used. Usually, the germinator provides an environment in which parameters such as light, humidity, and temperature are in a controlled state to obtain the optimal conditions for seed germination. 2. The smart oven has certain advantages: advanced thermal control with a wide range of applications, high heating speed, unparalleled accuracy, and unique technology. The device is used for measurement of soil and plant moisture and study of aquatic samples in fisheries and relevant cases. 3. Plants are cultivated under ambient conditions and temperatures for the period of time required for their growth, and the cultivated samples are then transferred to particular laboratory conditions. This laboratory contains a germinator or plant growth chamber, a laboratory oven with a fan, and a raw fiber measurement device (Fibertec).
