Extending once again our deepest condolences on the martyrdom of the prudent Leader of the Revolution, Grand Ayatollah Khamenei (may his soul be sanctified), and a group of our dear compatriots following the aggression of malicious enemies against our beloved country, and in light of the continuation of these attacks, it is hereby announced that, pursuant to the resolution passed today (March 7, 2026) by the Council of Deputies of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, all classes at universities and higher education institutions will be conducted virtually until the end of the current year (1404).

Universities and higher education institutions are required to make the necessary arrangements for compensatory measures for students who are unable to connect to virtual classes. In the event of specific circumstances within universities and institutions, decisions adapted to regional requirements and local conditions may be made based on the discretion of the Provincial Higher Education Management Working Group.
