This is to inform all respected graduates that, effective December 22, 2025, the issuance and delivery of all academic documents (including the letter of introduction to the military conscription office, temporary certificates, diplomas, etc.) will be processed exclusively remotely and via postal service.

Therefore, it is mandatory for graduates to submit their document delivery requests through the "Service Desk" section of the Golestan System starting from the aforementioned date.
